Returns & Exchanges
At Team Motorcycle, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and gear for your ride; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Team Motorcycle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email once the transaction is complete.
